Excellent service, Speedy sale

I was unsure whether to use an online agent or high street so I spoke to both. I chose house network as the initial guy I spoke to was really helpful in answering my questions and made me feel I could trust them to sell my house. I live 300 miles away from where the house was being sold so was concerned about conduction visits etc however with the support of the sales team we agreed time and dates which suited me and all viewings were completed. I was warned by high street agent that online agents weren't good at sales progression no once you were sold stc I would be left high and dry. This couldn't have been further from the truth. The support right up until completion was excellent (slight delay right at the end as Kristina my sales negotiator left the company but nothing to worry about) I would highly recommend them, the savings I made in excess of £3k was a great bonus, the easy on line system to manage the photos of my house and some good involvement in writing the blurb all helped to make me feel like I was being listened to.
