Very highly recommended, great business model. We were a little concerned about paying money at the front end of the deal, before exchange or completion as we were worried that there was no incentive for staff to get the deal done. However, these fears were groundless, and Kristina and the sales progression team were all brilliant. Previously, about a year ago, we had no end of problems with a big, local "chain" estate agent and we lost our original buyer through a total lack of professionalism on their behalf. But House Network are definitely the way forward, and we saved close to £6,000 in fees on what we would've paid a "traditional" high street agent. To all the old-school high street esatate agents with their flashy shopfronts, designer suits, flashy company cars giving us appallingly sloppy service with rediculous fees, we say "Wake up guys, your days are well and truly numbered!"
