We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to view the property in person whilst still preserving all the required safety measures due to covid. I bought my house in Pudsey with Manning Stainton in 2010 and sold with them recently, at the point of purchase the house needed a lot of work but Manning were brilliant at helping source tradespeople to quote etc. 10 years on I have just sold with them they were briliant as I dont live in the property any more and organised all site visits at convenient time to the tenants and myself, doubling their work, nothing was too much trouble, thanks Guys. :)

I was very pleased with the photos of my house that John took and the quality of the brochure that he put together and I think as a result my house sold very quickly! Charlotte was great at the sales negotiation side. She looked after me throughout and kept me up to date daily with my sale. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease!
