Gemma and Rochelle at the Pudsey branch are absolutely fantastic, and we honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Our sellers' agent and our solicitors, frankly, weren't pulling their weight — but Gemma and Rochelle kept on at them and pushed things forward, getting us answers far quicker than we'd have managed on our own. The real standout moment though: with both of us juggling twins at home, Rochelle personally offered to drive out to the other agents' branch — some distance away — to pick up our keys and bring them back to us at Pudsey. Whilst it sold in 10 days, legal matters caused considerable delays which were outside the control of Manning Staintons.
