We have just exchanged contacts on our house and Manning Stainton - in particular Kyle Guy from the Horsforth office - has been excellent in pushing the process through. From the moment of sale, Kyle coordinated everything and went above and beyond to chase people up and get things moving as quickly as possible. He had a handle over all aspects at all times and kept us updated at every opportunity. I think we would still be waiting for it to all be finished if it wasn't for Kyle! Charlotte Murrie from the Pudsey office was sorting out higher up the chain and was also incredibly helpful, particularly when our initial sake fell through and was instrumental in advising us to switch from our original estate agents to Manning Stainton. All in all a difficult process made easier by two professionals.

My son saw a house he liked on Rightmove, so because of his work commitments, I agreed to help him sort it. It is 40years since his dad and I bought our house! Laura Parkinson has been really helpful, talking us through the process, arranged a prompt viewing and when our son wanted to make an offer was very clear and helpful about what was needed, briefing her colleagues so they were able to assist when she was not going to around for a couple of days. She has now handed us on to her colleague to see us through the next stage. So far she has ensured that a potentially fraught process has progressed very smoothly
