Gemma and Rochelle at the Pudsey branch are absolutely fantastic, and we honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Our sellers' agent and our solicitors, frankly, weren't pulling their weight — but Gemma and Rochelle kept on at them and pushed things forward, getting us answers far quicker than we'd have managed on our own. The real standout moment though: with both of us juggling twins at home, Rochelle personally offered to drive out to the other agents' branch — some distance away — to pick up our keys and bring them back to us at Pudsey.
