My experience ended up being very positive, thanks entirely to the hard work and dedication of Deborah Cundill‑Houghton (Debbie). We’ve just completed on our sale with Mannings after almost seven months, and it was an extremely stressful process due to one solicitor in the chain who was, quite frankly, a nightmare. If it hadn’t been for Debbie’s honesty, practical approach, and determination, I don’t believe it would have completed at all. Despite clearly juggling many stressed clients, Debbie always made me feel like I was the only person she was supporting. The conveyancing process can be incredibly overwhelming, but she guided me through barrier after barrier with patience, reassurance, and clear communication. Great experience with Manning Stainton Pudsey. Debbie was very responsive, always pleasant to deal with and kept us well updated throughout. The office team were also excellent (including Georgia) - calls were always answered and there was always someone available to help, which really stood out. I do think the initial valuation was slightly on the high side, which may have slowed things down early on, but overall the service was strong and supportive.
