Gemma and Rochelle at the Pudsey branch are absolutely fantastic, and we honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Our sellers' agent and our solicitors, frankly, weren't pulling their weight — but Gemma and Rochelle kept on at them and pushed things forward, getting us answers far quicker than we'd have managed on our own. The real standout moment though: with both of us juggling twins at home, Rochelle personally offered to drive out to the other agents' branch — some distance away — to pick up our keys and bring them back to us at Pudsey. That's above and beyond by anyone's measure. They're personable, genuinely kind, endlessly helpful, and just lovely to deal with throughout. Gemma and Rochelle are a real credit to Manning Stainton — thank you both so much!

Briony was great and helped explain the process to us as first time buyers making things less stressful. Thanks!

All the staff at the Pudsey office have been extremely helpful throughout the process of selling my house. Whilst it sold in 10 days, legal matters caused considerable delays which were outside the control of Manning Staintons. Despite this, the staff, and in particular Debbie, were very supportive giving me regular updates to reassure me when it seemed that the legal process had stalled. This is the second time that I have used the Pudsey office in the last eleven years and once again I have utmost confidence in their service. Thoroughly recommended, very many thanks.

Great service from valuation to completion by Manning Stainton in Pudsey. The valuation strategy was spot on, thanks Emma. Habib was great during the viewing process. Gemma and Rochelle really kept the process going from the point of agreeing the sale through to completion - lots of good communication between them and the buyers; other agents and solicitors. A great team, well done!

Best estate agents in the area, always attentive to your needs, constantly checking in to see how viewings went & sending reminders etc. Ellie was particularly helpful and fast at providing me with updates along the process which made it smooth and easy for a first time buyer.

I have switched Estate agents to Manning Stainton and oh my what a difference, the sales staff have been on point every step of the way with arranging viewings and the photographs of the house finally serve it justice and has had so many more viewing in a month than we had in a year from the previous estate agent. The house is now sold thanks to Debbie Cundill-Houghton who deserves a wage rise for all the hard work and chasing she has done for our previous time wasters. Every step of the way she has kept us up to date and got is over the line for us. Thank you so much.

Deborah helped us when offering on a property. She kept us updated throughout the process and assisted with finding a surveyor. She made the process straightforward for us and communicated clearly.

We have used Manning Stainton twice now, and they are absolutely fantastic. Everything handled smoothly, quickly, and without fuss. They aren't pushy, they go above and beyond, and can't recommend them enough! Thank you so much to Debbie and the team!
