Ive been dealing with Briony ,unfortunately i didnt get the chance to meet her as its been over the phone ,but what a delightful young lady she seems , very helpful, very knowledgeable ,nothing to much trouble no matter how big or small Seems a very genuine, kind young lady and cant fault her at her job at all She put my mind at ease knowing its a stressful time So thankyou Briony for all your work Paula

We had a great experience with Manning Stainton, particularly with Briony who handled the purchase of our first home. We felt at ease knowing that she was handling it as she was super responsive and forthcoming with updates and chasing solicitors to progress the purchase along. We’d had a bad experience previously with a different estate agents and Briony was so refreshing to deal with always super helpful and understanding. In general anytime we called the Pudsey branch, if Briony was not available whoever answered the phone was also extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Thanks so much Briony!

I just want to update my review after completing. I’ll be honest, originally I had little intention to use Manning Stainton for my sale. Experience with a different office gave me a poor impression, but the Pudsey branched completely flipped that opinion on its head. Ben originally came round to value the property and talk through the process. It felt like other agents were trying to draw me in with a high valuations, whilst he came across as realistic and transparent. Charlotte originally dealt with a lot of the set up, viewings and offers etc. She was brilliant throughout. Eventually our Sales progression was handed over to Deborah who was equally amazing. Attentive, responsive and genuinely seemed to push across the board to get things over the line. I can genuinely say, there’s no question they will be first in the door if I need an agent in the future…hopefully not for a very long time….

I’ve been really impressed with Manning Stainton and the team who have supported us. Debbie was lovely to communicate with earlier in the process, and more recently Gemma and Rochelle, our dedicated Move Managers, have been absolutely fantastic. They’ve guided us through every stage with professionalism, patience, and kindness. Their communication has been second to none - always clear, timely, and reassuring. As first‑time buyers, we’ve really valued how approachable they’ve been, making the whole process feel straightforward and far less daunting. Was given some good viewings this afternoon, the person showing the houses was very informative and helpful.

We are about to complete the sale of our house, the team have been brilliant from initial valuation, through to this point. After a fall through of a sale, they supported us very quickly to get resold so we wouldn't lose the house we are moving to. Special shout out to Debbie in the Pudsey office and Gemma & Rochelle (support post sold stc), all of whom have been all over the process, chasing solictors, supporting pushing things through and all being great communicators! Would highly recommend!

Gemma and Rochelle were fantastic! They did a great job of keeping us updated, and chasing the various parties involved with our sale and purchase. Really friendly but also professional to deal with. As were all of the team at Manning Stainton Pudsey and Wortley!
