Our transaction was managed by Nick at Robsons Pinner and he largely did a really good job. Robsons have a strong understanding of the area, there’s a reason why they’re the primary estate agents around here and they know the market well. They will work with you to balance you and your wish list alongside their familiarity with the market. It is important to remain determined in your preferences as there was one occasion where Nick tried to sway us in a way that acted in another party’s interest. This can often be the case with any estate agent though, they want to get the deal done so my general feedback is you can trust Robsons to be the best in the area - but you’ll always need to remain vigilant and keep an eye over how things unfold. Regardless of their excellent reputation, and our long standing relationship with them, I was surprised at this behaviour so would overall advise that you do use Robsons but with caution. They still remain my choice of agent if I need one in future and overall I would recommend.
