I sold my house at the end of 2019 through Robsons and found them to be very helpful and professional. The marketing material was of a high standard and presented the property attractively. In terms of finding, showing round potential buyers, and following up the level of interest all the staff I came across were energetic and efficient. In a not very easy market last year Robsons managed to generate a good level of interest and find a buyer, which was a great relief as I needed to move. My only qualification is that I was surprised that offers for the house came in significantly below what Robsons initially thought could realistically be achieved. While estate agents have to be optimistic and of course try to achieve high prices for sellers I thought they would have a better feel for what the market would bear. In fairness other agents I asked to view the house were even more optimistic and would probably have deterred some buyers. Overall I would happily recommend Robsons either to buyers or sellers for pleasant and efficient service.

Extremely horrible experience over a phone call, asking so many personal questions even before a basic viewing, lady i had an call with, i don’t want to disclose her name, but she was extremely rude, unhelpful, highly disrespectful and unprofessional.

I had one of the worst experiences with Robsons. After arranging a house appointment and even going as far as making an offer, the agents showed absolutely no professionalism. They were extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to keep us updated. It felt like they had no interest in helping us at all once we showed genuine interest. Their lack of communication and arrogant attitude is shocking for an agency that is supposed to be helping people with such an important decision. I would never recommend Robsons to anyone – avoid them if you want to save yourself stress and frustration.
