When you decide to place your property on the market you naturally approach all the main estate agents in your area. They all appear to value your property, and in most cases, make over promising and over priced valuations, with promises that your property will be sold imminently! Subsequently these have to be reduced and this leads to great frustration and disappointment as your hopes are raised by the expectation of the high valuation figure being received! Robsons is very different! Valuations given are realistic and based upon very good research as to where your property sits in the property market at that time. The price to be set is fully discussed and mutually agreed. The proof of this being the subsequent high number of visits to the house by prospective buyers. When visits take place Robsons keep you totally informed of the impending visit and make arrangements as to suitable times with you. In our case we requested that they accompany prospective buyers and they were always on time and there to meet all prospective buyers. Within 24 hours you are provided with detailed feedback about the visits and these are extremely helpful to you as a seller. They were successful in selling our property in a difficult selling period in the UK so the did deliver the goods! We cannot praise enough the impressive levels of professionalism of their team! Robsons are genuinely interested in attaining the best price possible for you and at no time do you feel t hat their fees are entering into the equation or they just want a quick sale. They are there with you all the way to get the best outcome! Once you have sold your property the follow up service is outstanding with excellent communications between you, the buyer, and all the solicitors and mortgage brokers involved. In today's world high quality service is a rare commodity, however in Robsons case they repeatedly demonstrate customer care, attention to detail, all coupled with friendliness that is to be highly commended.

Absolutely first class service... we couldn’t sing the praise of the team at the Pinner branch higher. They acted as our selling agents and we also tried to purchase with them. The final sale of our home went through like a charm.... they advised and assisted at every step and we got a fair price for our property. Sadly the purchase we were waiting to make fell through at the eleventh hour but this was due to the vendors pulling out - nothing we or Robson’s could have envisaged. Due to this, it became something of a personal mission for the team to get us homed and we felt SO looked after and at the ABSOLUTE top of their list. Nick and the crew were a total pleasure to work with. Most of our Saturdays were spent in the company of agents looking for our ‘right space’... with Robson’s we never felt pressured or hurried... we were allowed to take our time and find the home for our family. Some agents did speed us up or in some cases made us feel uncomfortable - not good for either party! To put it bluntly: I can’t fault them. Trustworthy, courteous and efficient, Robson’s Pinner would be my go to in the locale...

Robson’s Pinner branch recently sold our house and I would highly recommend them. We were very impressed with the efficiency, quality and professionalism of the service we received through what turned out to be a protracted sale (through no fault of Robson’s). Gavin personally worked extremely hard to keep the process moving along taking responsibility to resolve challenges as they arose. He kept us updated throughout the process, gave us some great advice and was always responsive when needed. We dealt with Nick Cenzio on a purchase of a property, which due to its unique nature required a longer transaction period than the norm. We cant praise Nick enough for showing so much patience and understanding during the process.
