We received excellent service from Layla Stubbs, a very professional and friendly associate who helped us rent a flat whilst we were abroad so that we could move as soon as we returned. She was extremely prompt and got all the paperwork arranged for us within 4 working days, which is highly commendable considering we were in a different time zone. I would highly recommend Robsons and Layla in particular for any assistance with renting a property.

We have just recently exchanged and due to complete on our new home and if it was not for Tom at Robson’s who rang us about a new house coming onto the market, as he had shown us a few houses and obviously was listening to my husband and my needs. We had been looking on and off for a suitable house for over a year within our budget and location. Tom must have known exactly what was important for us as he showed us a house which met and ticked all our boxes, and so beyond our expectations. We can also only apologise the length of time it has taken for completion. This was through no fault of Robson’s but our own as we did not anticipate how long our situation (even though simple in our head) would take.
