Robsons Pinner and other branches were absolutely incredible. It took three consecutive attempts for us to find the right home to move into. Every time we entered our house for sale, they gave us their most honest professional advice and valuation. They advertised and showed our house to selected (pre-screen buyers) to minimise disruption and increase probability of firm offers. In addition, we were a chain, and with that comes many challenges. They managed the process impeccably from start to finish. By monitoring and adjusting everybody's expectations, providing a realistic insight and a grounded approach to negotiations. All in all, I can attest that they worked extremely hard, always in a transparent and open manner. They were worth every penny of their fee.
