Gavin had great subject knowledge which meant he was always very responsive with our queries. I just wanted to say a big thanks to Gavin and the team at Robsons Pinner for the sale of our property. Our sale did take quite some time and was a very difficult process, through no fault of Gavin and the team. There were many times where we considered pulling out of the process altogether because of the length of time taking to sell and messing around from potential buyers. I have to say Gavin and the team always kept a positive light on any situation that arose, no matter how frustrating for us and him. Despite my constant calls (pretty much daily), once, twice even three times a day, Gavin was always there to take my calls (or text me back on his days off) and when he couldn't, he always called me back even when there was no update always being completely honest and open understanding our frustrations and concerns. When we eventually had our final offer through, Gavin went above and beyond making sure that all parties were in synch with each other, up and down the chain and ensured the sale went through as quickly as possible and as smoothly as possible. The team at Robsons, Pinner are definitely worth every penny of their fee and in our case they really earned it....and then some. For anyone selling (or buying) in Pinner, i would only recommend Gavin and the team. and no one else. Thanks very much for everything you did for us!

I rarely write reviews however felt compelled to following my recent move. I was previously on with another local Estate Agent for months, despite being told that my property would sell quickly and they had lots of people that would want to buy it. After numerous phone calls, lots of people not showing up, no feedback and no offers, two of my friends recommended that I try Robsons. I spoke to Daniel Young, who straight away i felt his approach was a lot more professional and honest. It was refreshing to speak to someone who followed through with everything he said i would receive - service wise. Within two weeks, i had two offers and never looked back. Daniel and his team were amazing and no matter how many times i called, the communication within their office was second to none and i am happy to say that i finally moved two weeks ago. Yes, there were hurdles whilst my sale was going through however Daniel's local knowledge, expertise and rapport with the solicitors overcame each problem swiftly and professionally. In such a hard market, i would strongly recommend Robsons and glad that they were recommended to me.

We sold our house recently through Robsons. We had a tough time with our chain on the brink of collapse due to certain events outside of Robsons' control but Scott continued to keep people happy by remaining honest and working hard on alternatives. Eventually one of those alternatives worked and everyone moved albeit with a slightly different chain to the original one. The amount of work Scott put in to make this transaction (and the rest of the chain) work was amazing. We will always be grateful for all the work Scott put in and would highly recommend Robsons to anyone selling in the Pinner area.

I’m very impressed with the consistent and thorough support that Dan Young provided in the Pinner office for my purchase. His exceptional efforts ensured the deal got closed as there were a number of challenges through out the process and other side ran very slow. He went an extra mile to keep me engaged and responded to my requests for updates quickly and effectively. I only have good things to say about Robsons, as Dan and Gavin have been really good both professionally and on a social level. I moved from another agent as I was told Robson’s were the better agent but I didn’t actually think there would be much difference. The way Robson’s work is actually much better. I liked the fact that Dan and Gavin both had the skill set to be able to show professionalism but knew the clients they could have a bit of banter with (which actually makes a diff as it removes some of the stress from what is one of the most stressful things a person will do in life). It was all round a brilliant experience with Robsons, Anyway thanks again. Lisa x
