After few ups and down we have appointed Robson to market our property and I must say that, I strongly recommend Daniel Young for marketing any property around Pinner, he is very experienced and very professional. Our, as well as the vendor solicitors were very slow and we have asked Daniel to help out and he literally pushed things through in order to achieve our sell. Great experience overall with our purchase from start to finish. James booked us in for a number of viewings where he demonstrated his expert knowledge of the area and properties. Dan then looked after us in presenting our initial and improved offer whilst keeping us updated throughout. He did not apply any unnecessary pressure in attempting to speed up the completion of the purchase. The branch also had a dedicated member of the team actively chasing up both solicitors to prevent any delays. I'd definitely recommend using Robsons in the future.

I just wanted to say a big thanks to Gavin and the team at Robsons Pinner for the sale of our property. Our sale did take quite some time and was a very difficult process, through no fault of Gavin and the team. There were many times where we considered pulling out of the process altogether because of the length of time taking to sell and messing around from potential buyers. I have to say Gavin and the team always kept a positive light on any situation that arose, no matter how frustrating for us and him. Despite my constant calls (pretty much daily), once, twice even three times a day, Gavin was always there to take my calls (or text me back on his days off) and when he couldn't, he always called me back even when there was no update always being completely honest and open understanding our frustrations and concerns. When we eventually had our final offer through, Gavin went above and beyond making sure that all parties were in synch with each other, up and down the chain and ensured the sale went through as quickly as possible and as smoothly as possible. The team at Robsons, Pinner are definitely worth every penny of their fee and in our case they really earned it....and then some. For anyone selling (or buying) in Pinner, i would only recommend Gavin and the team. and no one else. Thanks very much for everything you did for us!
