Sadly a poor experience with the Pinner team. Communication was initially very positive and proceeding well regarding my sale and separate purchase of a new property, but this soon fell away. I’ve not heard back from the team despite chasing three separate members of the team.

Trying to get viewings for a property is near impossible. Get fobbed off constantly. I am selling my house with another agent, so I wonder if that's the reason why. Not getting properties sent to me either. If I see a property for sale, I will be knocking on the owners door to register my interest, as I have no faith in Robsons whatsoever. I advise others to do the same.

Terrible agent. Very arrogant and rude. My experience was that I wouldn't get sent properties from them as I wasn't selling through them. There were numerous properties which I had never been notified about, despite meeting the criteria for them, yet suddenly they would appear on their site when under offer or sold. Thankfully I have found a property with one of the other agents in Pinner who were far more helpful.

Very disappointed with the service or rather lack of it. I have been chasing them via phone calls and emails to arrange viewings but nobody gets back to me or my line gets cut off while speaking...very unprofessionalNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

This is a terrible estate agent. They have zero regard for you as a customer. We were treated awful. They will deceive you for a few pennies more commission or whatever backhand deal they have with someone else.
