His exceptional efforts ensured the deal got closed as there were a number of challenges through out the process and other side ran very slow. I only have good things to say about Robsons, as Dan and Gavin have been really good both professionally and on a social level. I moved from another agent as I was told Robson’s were the better agent but I didn’t actually think there would be much difference. The way Robson’s work is actually much better. I liked the fact that Dan and Gavin both had the skill set to be able to show professionalism but knew the clients they could have a bit of banter with (which actually makes a diff as it removes some of the stress from what is one of the most stressful things a person will do in life). Daniel and the sales team at the Pinner branch have been impeccable. The service received has been professional throughout and Daniel has dealt with integrity. Not forgetting accommodating my various request to visit the property! As a buyer I am confident I received the same level of service as the vendor, which usually is not the norm. Great experience overall with our purchase from start to finish. James booked us in for a number of viewings where he demonstrated his expert knowledge of the area and properties. Dan then looked after us in presenting our initial and improved offer whilst keeping us updated throughout. He did not apply any unnecessary pressure in attempting to speed up the completion of the purchase. Absolutely first class service... we couldn’t sing the praise of the team at the Pinner branch higher. They acted as our selling agents and we also tried to purchase with them. The final sale of our home went through like a charm.... they advised and assisted at every step and we got a fair price for our property. Sadly the purchase we were waiting to make fell through at the eleventh hour but this was due to the vendors pulling out - nothing we or Robson’s could have envisaged. Due to this, it became something of a personal mission for the team to get us homed and we felt SO looked after and at the ABSOLUTE top of their list. Nick and the crew were a total pleasure to work with. Most of our Saturdays were spent in the company of agents looking for our ‘right space’... with Robson’s we never felt pressured or hurried... we were allowed to take our time and find the home for our family. Some agents did speed us up or in some cases made us feel uncomfortable - not good for either party! To put it bluntly: I can’t fault them. Trustworthy, courteous and efficient, Robson’s Pinner would be my go to in the locale...
