FBM - Pembroke

We had a very open conversation with Donna regarding the market value and demand for similar property in Pembroke, the photographs and description described the property well. We were informed of the outcomes of the viewings and the circumstances regarding offers made which enabled us to accept the correct offer. FBM has a sales progressor who kept us informed of how the sale was progressing and was able to answer our questions and gave feedback to the buyers. We feel this level of communication ensured a smooth sale and the buyers also confirmed that they were well informed .
