FBM well all the staff have been brilliant. Keeping us informed on every little detail , was literally only on the market a couple of months with 4 viewings. Fortunately sold to a lovely young couple, would always use FBM in the future if we move house again.

FBM have been letting out my future retirement home for about 11 years now. I've stayed with them because their service is excellent and if it 'aint broke dont fix it. The staff are always quite frankly brilliant, but i was given 3 weeks notice by my tennant, and i was looked after exceptionally well by Rebecca. She handled the relet and with a ruthless efficiency throughout and ensured as a result it was only vacant for 8 days. I think i'm still in shock or awe at how smooth it all went. Bravo Rebecca!

Layton attended my property today to carry out an inspection, and I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and conducted a thorough assessment of the premises. Throughout the visit, he was polite, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable in his role.
