I’m absolutely blown away by the service so far. The team at FBM have been fabulous from start to finish. They’ve been professional, friendly and always on time, which I really appreciate. The photos are brilliant and the video is just amazing, everything looks so professional and has captured the property beautifully. Melissa was a wonderful agent. She was very friendly and polite, she even got my shy toddler to smile and open up. She was patient with us while we walked around the property and answered every question we had. She was honest about any potential issues with the property. I hope she is available for every viewing we do :)

I completed within 2 months of my first enquiry right until getting the keys- 100% would use Webbs again. Communication is amazing, would let me view as many times as I wanted. They didn’t push hard for sales or money like some estate agents, easy to talk to, efficient. All team greets you when they walk in, they have a family feel about them (will support you with any help and questions you need- big or small without making you feel stupid or uncomfortable as a first time buyer) I also used Talbots Law Cannock for my solicitors- Rachel there is amazing, really quick response time, really helpful. Decent price too and they are linked to Webbs as well so speeds everything up in regard to communicating and completion and makes the whole experience less stressful Sophie is inside Webbs too she’s a mortgage advisor and is very knowledgeable. She’ll answer any question you have and got me my mortgage straight away with no troubles. Ang is thorougher, goes above and beyond for you. After a completely horrendous experience with a Stafford agent, we listed our family home with Webbs (C-Residential when we first signed up with them). Despite merging their businesses and moving their systems over, the service we received was excellent. Big shout out to Amy for answering my endless questions, and Rebecca in the Cannock branch who took over once we'd agreed a sale. I'd highly recommend Webbs Rugeley branch and would advise anyone in the Haywoods — or other local villages — to sidestep the Stafford agencies and put your trust in Amy and her team. Webbs are proactive — rather than reactive — and we really felt as though they earned their commission, rather than waited for a sale to fall into their laps. It was (thankfully) a complete contrast to our initial experience. Amy's knowledge and handling of my parents' house-sale really restored our faith in estate agents.

First impressions are fantastic

Leanne was great to deal with today showing us around two properties to get the ball rolling on our relocation to the Milford Haven area. FBN certainly seem to have this area covered and I’m looking forward to dealing with them and Leanne and office staff again soon. No sale today but a very strong start. Thank you all involved
