I recently used FBM estate Agents to sell my house in Pembroke. Selling a house is nearly always a stressful business, but it was all made so much easier by having the amazing Donna on my side! She was so professional and knowledgeable from the beginning of the process to completion, always keeping me up to date on progress and communicating regularly with my solicitors, the buyers solicitors and the buyer, so that everyone knew what was happening. Any enquiries from me were answered speedily and with patience. From the first moment I entered Webb's Agents to sell and buy the staff there are amazing, I felt welcomed they explained the process clearly. They were very good at finding and suggesting properties with the situation I was in and took everything into account. When my new place I have now came up for availability they wasted no time notifying me and arranging a view. Once I put my bid in and was excepted was just a waiting game but every step of the way the staff was with me, any question any concern I had they put my mind at ease they were great from start to end right up to the moment I had my keys. I am so glad I chose that agency felt like part the family there, I still pop in to say hello once in a while, they are always glad to see you. Outstanding group of staff there.
