All paparwork were done online, really very quick and I needed to show up only to sign up the contract and pick up the keys! On the first day of my arrival, I contacted the agency with enquiry to change the bed for double. My emails were answered straight after and I received a phone call. After one hour I had a brand new bed! In addition to it, when I submitted my request to fix the door, the gentlemen showed up after couple of minutes and resolved the problem.
