I have rented a room with them for 5 years and my experience has been very positive. They are very professional and ready to solve any emergency that may occur in a house, such as a bulb out and a boiler failure. Also, they help you in your critical moment, such as when someone has left the keys inside the room and is not able to open the door, as it has happened to one of my house mates, and I remember that Sujaad Ahmed had had to come very late in the evening for opening the door.
