Big thanks to George, Eoin and all the team at the city centre office for handling the sale of my mum's house so well. They were efficient, professional and made the whole process very straightforward. It was a probate sale so needed to be handled sensitively and they managed that too. I've heard from others who've bought through them and they found the service excellent as well, so I thoroughly recommended them whether you're buying or selling!

Eoin helped us with the sale or our property, but went above and beyond. He booked us in for the photos and had our property on the market in under two weeks and sold the following. He then facilitated the Conveyancing for the sale and our private purchase. He was always available to help and chase solicitors. Without him we wouldn’t have completed on time. Really big thank you to you Eoin!

Breckon and Breckon sold our property recently in East Oxford (we also originally purchased the property from them). In both instances they were very helpful throughout. When we were selling their photographer was brilliant, they also recommended surveyors to the buyer which helped speed the process along (allowing us to complete before Christmas!). They were always available to pick up the phone and even helped us take final meter readings when we were away. We would highly recommend Eoin and the team for anyone looking to buy or sell in Oxford! Thank you again!
