Having dealt with a lot of estate agents over time; Breckon and Breckon stand out as by far the best. I've now had the pleasure of working with them for buying and selling property. We have been incredibly happy with our experience of Breckon in the sale of our old property and purchase of our new one as well, which were both handled by the same agency. Throughout the entire process we were primarily in touch with George Houlbrooke who handled our process very professionally and with great communication. The process was efficient and easily managed. The rest of the Breckon team (Julie and Eoin mainly, among other members of the team) were just as great. Would fully recommend them for their extensive experience in the Botley area specifically.
