When we were selling their photographer was brilliant, they also recommended surveyors to the buyer which helped speed the process along (allowing us to complete before Christmas!). Craig and the team were fantastic. They had a realistic idea of the market. Their photographers were superb, really showed the house at its best. They had a good system for booking viewings. Breckon and Breckon have been delightful from the first viewing to collecting my keys. Thank you to George for his continued support throughout the purchase of my first house. I think we all would have had the same sigh of relief when our purchase was completed! It wasn't the most straight-forward but George always responded promptly, followed up when I had questions and communicated effectively with all parties on both sides.
