I´d become disillusioned with the agency I first used whereas in contrast I was delighted with B & B´s thoroughly professional proactive approach from start to finish. They plainly have excellent knowledge of the market in my area and after negotiating a significantly better price than their predecessors could manage they continued to monitor the sales process to a very quick conclusion- just over two months from putting it back on the market.
