We found the service at Breckon and Breckon to be excellent. The photos, including an interactive tour of the house were outstanding. Our house proved to be difficult to sell for a variety of reasons and there were lots of viewings that failed to secure a sensible buyer but at no time were we encouraged to drop the price as other agents had suggested. We were given excellent advice on marketing and the suitability of offers we had. George was convinced that the price was right and it was only a matter of finding the right buyer. He was right!
