Don't just look at the price
Comparing local agents based on valuation is like comparing apples and pears. My experience (having used other agents) has been that you need the experience, local knowledge and professional of B&B. I was selling through B&B and used their know-how to guide me through a very difficult purchase as well as their advice about the prospects of interested buyers to complete the sale. As if good all this plus fantastic communication and help with removals wasn't enough, they also helped me with advice on conveyancing, administrative details and practical assistance with my sale which was due to divorce. Expert intermediary help with the 2 parties.

Great job in difficult circumstances
The support and information we received during the selling process and the contracting process was truly excellent. Friendly and with a sense that nothing was too much trouble, Our contracting process was extended and difficult and the team kept us going while doing what they could to expedite it.

Excellent service
Making the move from Scotland to Abingdon was a big step. Breckon and Breckon made the experience quick, smooth, and stress free with excellent customer service, and responsibly placed tenants, ensuring good flat mates and neighbours! Decent, kind and understanding - rare estate agents!
Breckon and Breckon saved my sanity during my 6-month property search in Central Oxford. The entire team - even those I hadn't met! - were consistently well-informed about the properties I was seeing, could tell me the next steps or the likely position, and offered advice, support and sheer encouragement during what was a stressful and often frustrating process.. I know I wouldn't have got my house without their help and support, While other agents were neither constructive or transparent, Breckon and Breckon acted with decency and honesty throughout the whole process. I really quite miss Julie and George now I don't have to traipse round town with them three times a week!
