Incredible personal service, nothing too much trouble
Jenny and Julie helped make selling our house as painless as it could ever be and got us a very good price at the same time. They were always available and in contact when needed and were genuinely interested in doing their best for us. Their long-standing knowledge of the local market gave us complete confidence in their advice throughout.. We will go straight to B&B next time we need to sell and would recommend them to others.

First class from valuation to sale
Local knowledge property is crucial for valuations and Jenny at Breckon & Breckon pitched ours just right with a price at the top end of our expectations with an honest appraisal of the house and the state of the market. Viewings were handled efficiently and knowledgeably by the team and within two weeks the house sold for the asking price. Everything progressed to completion without a hitch. What more could you ask for?

Lengthy but successful house sale, thank you B&B team!
Spanning a 40 year period Breckon & Breckon have sold The Red House 3 times - this in itself is a testimony to their professionalism, dedication ad integrity. They were always there to listen to concerns and each member of the team was approachable and knowledgeable. Julie's enthusiasm and punctuality was truly astonishing. She inspired confidence in buyer and seller alike and nothing was too much trouble for her: on the Friday afternoon my sale fell through she spent two and a half hours on the 'phone and achieved viewings for the following day - MAGIC! My thanks too to Keith and Jenny in particular We got there in the end thanks to their perseverance..........

Don't just look at the price
Comparing local agents based on valuation is like comparing apples and pears. My experience (having used other agents) has been that you need the experience, local knowledge and professional of B&B. I was selling through B&B and used their know-how to guide me through a very difficult purchase as well as their advice about the prospects of interested buyers to complete the sale. As if good all this plus fantastic communication and help with removals wasn't enough, they also helped me with advice on conveyancing, administrative details and practical assistance with my sale which was due to divorce. Expert intermediary help with the 2 parties.
