It was the second time I interacted closely with this agency. The first time was a few years as a buyer, and this time I was selling the house through them. In both circumstances, the persons in the agency acted in a very professional way. In the sale of my house, they found a buyer even before having the house officially put on the market. Even if the buyer withdrew for his own reasons, B&B found a second buyer within days, and this time the sale went through. At all time the interaction with B&B was pleasant and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this agency

We purchased a house through Breckon & Breckon in 2013, and we so impressed with their service that we decided to use them for our sale in 2015. During both types of transaction, they were always up to speed with the latest from other parties involved (buyers, vendors, solicitors etc) and were always available by email or telephone should we require them.
