Successful selling of house while in probate
Not living in Oxford it was difficult for me to be at the house for the activities required prior to completion. Breckon and Breckon and Jenny Bell were excellent in selling the house and in covering activities such as: - Being onsite for all viewings - Arranging for auction house to evaluate potential items they could sell on our behalf - Arranging and being onsite for charities to take items - Arranging and being onsite for the final house clearance, - Completing the final meter readings on day of completion I would recommend Breckon and Breckon as an estate agent for selling houses

We recently decided to sell our house in Oxford with Breckon and Breckon. We did not hesitate in our choice based on previous personal experience and on perceptions of market performance around us. The honest, realistic and yet ambitious approach of the Breckon and Breckon City Centre Office ensured the sale process was smooth and successful. The team led by Jenny simply took efficiency, communication and support to another level. Professional and high quality
Breckon and Breckon have been fantastic throughout the sale of our house from the initial meeting to recently exchanging contracts. George and Robyn have been incredibly professional and readily available during the whole process offering quality advice during negotiations. The best Agent I have ever come across!
I have found every one at Breckon & Breckon, especially Jenny, a delight in handling my sale. Helpful, efficient, and always polite and reassuring. It took awhile for me to get an offer but they continued to work hard until I got one. Always keeping me informed along the way right up until completion. I would be happy to recommend them to my friends and family.

Lovely people and great service!
I recently purchased a home through Breckon and Breckon and I have nothing but positive things to say about the service I received. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional and there was great communication throughout the whole process. I received regular calls and updates and all my queries were dealt with promptly. Buying a home is a stressful process but Breckon and Breckon did everything they could to ensure it went as smoothly as possible.

Expert all round
I chose Breckon and Breckon to sell my house in East Oxford and switched from the agents from whom I had bought it on account of the very professional and honest first impression I had of George. First impressions were reinforced when I met Robyn and Jenny. An excellent sales price was quickly achieved and together they managed to deliver a stress-free sale of my property even when the first buyer unexpectedly pulled out ( I accepted a new offer within days and relied entirely on George's advice on negotiation). The team's personal commitment to high service to both seller and buyer was amazing. Energy levels were always positive and high and communication excellent. Robyn and George even dealt with last minute issues for me the week before completion when I was away on holiday (e.g. having the front door lock fixed). A nice bottle of champagne is on its way to George, Robyn and Jenny as a big thank you and is well deserved!
