George helped us to find a house that perfectly met our requirements. At every stage of the process he was responsive, pro active and really helpful. We haven't had great experiences with estate agents in the past but this was completely different. Whether it was passing on queries to the sellers or giving us an update on progress, he responded to emails within hours (sometimes minutes!) and we never had to chase him about anything. He was a pleasure to work with. Lots of people have told me about how stressful they found the experience of buying a house. We are due to exchange tomorrow and I can honestly say that it has been almost entirely stress free - and largely thanks to George. Thank you!

Jenny Bell has been a total star. She has been practical, friendly, professional and efficient. In particular, it is well known that selling retirement flats can be a nightmare. Jenny guided us (the two executors) through the whole procedure. Not only that, but she went far and above her rôle as an Estate Agent to ensure that the sale of the relevant flat and the entry of the new owner went as smoothly as these things can possibly be.
