It was actually my husband who dealt with Mortimer's, so over to him..... We were was selling my Mother's house, so I wasn't on site in Blackburn when the house was sold -- we live in Devon. Veda and the Team at Mortimer's in Blackburn were efficient and on the ball, advising us (eg having all the searches etc done up front so the legals were 'oven ready') and keeping us in the loop all the way through the process. There was a 'false start' with one potential purchaser but this was quickly overcome, even in the middle of Covid restrictions. We felt we were well represented, primarily by Veda. We purchased our house through mortimers and dealt with Veda. She made the whole process so easy and nothing was ever too much for her in regards to helping us.
