After considering several estate agents we decided on Mortimers as they appeared to make us feel confident that they would deal with our sale in a professional manner . Joanne Waddington was our point of contact through out the sale and she has been outstanding in keeping us informed and liaising with the purchaser and their solicitor .At times when the sale has been particularly stressful Joanne has reassured us and dealt with the problems raised .
