We purchased our house through mortimers and dealt with Veda. She made the whole process so easy and nothing was ever too much for her in regards to helping us. Whenever we had a question we either emailed and rang and she got back to us straight away. Even on the day of completion she kept us updated and informed once we had exchanged, funds had arrived and then completed. I would definitely use mortimers again if we ever need to in the future.
