Completly satisfied with the service offered by Mortimers. The luck of the draw landed us in the middle of a large chain with quite a few complications at the bottom which caused a number of delays. Joanne has been amazing throughout! She went above and beyond at every possible opportunity and kept us well informed throughout. I personally dealt with Kaitlan Eggleston for the purchase of a property. I must say i have heard a lot of horror stories regarding people dealing with estate agents. However it was very simple and straightforward in my experience. Kaitlan was excellent in her service. Any questions that i had, she got back to me straight away. She made sure we were kept in the loop throughout the whole service and took away a lot of the stress that comes with buying a property. I would recommend her services. She was professional and polite throughout it. We had no problems at all
