We decided to use Daniel James as our estate agents because of their professional attitude toward marketing the property. They gained a good understanding of our requirements and expectations in particular around regular communication and their valuation was realistic. Professional photos were taken and the property put on the market. Within a few days we had two viewings, the first of which took place that week and they offered the asking price. During the whole process of the sale Jane Aston our sales agent gave us regular updates of the progress, right through to completion. What made the difference for us having used other Estate agents is Oswestry was the level of communication and commitment to quality service. Yes we paid a little more, but is was well worth it.
