We bought our house through Daniel James, the initial agent we spoke to was Jane, but we dealt with Daniel directly in the completion stage. We have dealt with many estate agents in the area, most of them rubbish. No knowledge of local area, no knowledge of the property, no enthusiasm. Whereas Daniel James were knowledgable about each property they showed us round, had pre-prepared notes specific to each property, had answers to all our questions as they had actually done their research in advance, and pro-active in reaching out to us if anything new came up that they thought we might be interested in. They are everything that an estate agent should be and more.

We sold our house with Daniel James, completing and then moving into our new home just three days ago. The team were lovely from start to finish. Jane and Meri were kind and empathetic and supportive through all the stress. Jane even rang me when a house that she knew we would like came onto the market with another agent - that turned out to be the house we've just completed on - and she was even chasing solicitors for other parties in our chain when the completion date was looming. If there was an option for more than 5 stars believe me i would give it. I live about 60 miles away from Oswestry so i didn’t know any of the estate agents. I chose Daniel James because they are a family run business and their reviews were good. They went above and beyond the call of duty and just got on with things and got everything sorted without me having to travel to Oswestry all the time.
