Ellie was amazing from start to finish & is continuing to provide me with excellent customer service whenever I may have a query, she always provides efficient, helpful responses. Ellie understood I was looking to rent somewhere ASAP and knew I loved the house she took me to view, she was amazing helping and guiding me through the paperwork and on the ball with getting a response in order for me to be able to sign documentation and move in all within 2 weeks time!
