Daniel is an exceptional estate agent. He genuinely cares about his clients and keeps them fully updated at regular intervals. His personal touch comes through in so many ways and his advice is always considered, and to the point, whilst taking account the various view points involved on an executors sale. I can't praise him highly enough for all he did for us and I will be using him again when I downsize.

As buyers, from the outset Daniel James were friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. With limited availability in the area on our behalves, we managed to get a very last minute Saturday viewing of our now beautiful new home - in hindsight, thank goodness! Dan has that extra special something as an estate agent, when I think about it, he sincerely cares about his clients, his extensive knowledge on this unpredictable at times business reassures you, he goes the extra mile, like I’ve never experienced with any another estate agent before, it’s the personal touches, the friendly and funny banter, the professionalism and helpful recommendations he makes to help you sell your home more quickly.
