Robyn at Bentons really pushed hard to get everything organised against a very tight timescale. She always updated us by when she had promised and kept us fully updated throughout the process.

All staff have been amazing, so helpful and friendly! Would recommend to anyone. Never felt that my questions were silly or too much hassle, responses are always fast and very informative. Robyn especially helped with my whole rent process and was super efficient getting me moved in!

I approached Bentons (and other agents) in April 24 with a view to letting my property. I chose Bentons because they were well represented in my area, and understood the differences in marketing city/town properties and country properties. The friendly lettings team are specialised, extremely knowledgable and very well qualified. I feel like we are in good hands and I have chosen the best agency.

The experience was very much eased by Benton’s, without them we are not sure the sale would have completed when it did, they went above and beyond to help, always contactable and very responsive, with a personable nature.

We sold our property in a very timely manner. This was due Bentons Marketing Skills and their guidance on the selling price. This brought a lot of potential buyers to view the property.
