Daniel James Residential

Jane was so helpful and knowledgeable a pleasure to deal with, thank you

We've had a great experience with Daniel James and the team. The service they provided us has been the best we've had compared to other agents in previous moves. Thanks to all involved in helping us find our perfect home and thank you to Merry for everything you did for us during the whole process! Would highly recommend!

Highly recommended! Excellent communication throughout the whole process not just viewings! Kept us upto date and helped chase solicitors and even left a lovely thoughtful hamper on moving!

Responsive and efficient; was able to recommend a like-minded solicitor to manage my purchase.

A really refreshing change from the usual high street agent. Daniel James were excellent from start to finish; going above and beyond to keep the chain informed and the solicitors on track. We secured a buyer within a few days of being marketed and achieved a good price. Best in the area.

We can’t recommend Daniel James Estate Agent highly enough. Moving home is stressful but the team were helpful informative and supportive. Jane thank you so much will miss your phone calls

I spoke to one lovley lady called Jane who gave me the best advise upon selling our house .We was updated at every step and Jane went above and beyond.. I would deffinately be happy to use this Estate Agent again and recommend them to any possible sellers and buyers.
