We are absolutely delighted with our experience purchasing a home with Daniel James Residential, and we cannot thank Daniel and Jane enough. It is clear from their marketing, photography and videos etc that Daniel James are looking to provide a premium level of service that far outstrips any other estate agent in or around Oswestry, and with that they seem to attract the premium property listings and seem to go above and beyond to cater to these clients. With this in mind we were unsure what to expect as a buyer but it quickly became obvious that despite working very hard to agree a favourable deal for their clients, which is understandable, we as the buyers were also treated to the full 5* Daniel James experience from there on in. We felt we were kept fully updated throughout the process and we really appreciated the personal level of service, while they are clearly very tech savvy with their marketing, they do not seem to over rely on automated web portals and email alerts to progress the sale like some of the corporate companies seem to be doing- they pick up the phone or send personally written emails. They are very helpful, efficient and competent; Essentially, they are effective at what they do. It goes without saying that we would of course highly recommend Daniel James and it is now difficult to imagine that as a seller, if you do not use Daniel James, you have not made a costly mistake!
