We had a really great experience starting our first tenancy after leaving home. Robyn took the time to call and explain each step along the way which was particularly helpful. The application process was all online and relatively fast.
I cannot fault the service, it has been exemplary and the staff are friendly and supportive. The repairs service is a quick and easy online system that results in speedy responses and I genuinely felt fully supported
As first time renters, found Bentons made things very easy to understand, helped tremdously with everything!
We had an excellent experience selling our property with Bentons from start to finish, the care they took in preparing and presenting the property to buyers was exceptional, and they then supported us throughout the process, always with the right advice at the right time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
This is the first time I have rented, and like anyone, was a bit unsure what i actually needed to do. Robyn was amazing really, very happy to break it down to basics for me. Nothing was an issue, including trying to get into the property again after viewing to get some measurements. Robyn was great. nothing more to say! and was very much appreciated. Alfie was also amazing. being there to get me in the house on very short notice, and on the first day when the boiler decided not to let me have any hot water. sorted it out and had a plumber there within an hour. Very impressed!

Robyn at Bentons really pushed hard to get everything organised against a very tight timescale. She always updated us by when she had promised and kept us fully updated throughout the process.
