Daniel James is a relatively new entrant to the Oswestry estate agent market and from the moment I met Daniel I knew he was the estate agent to choose. Daniel is "on it": he provides excellent client service and actively managed the process, driving it to exchange. He uses technology to streamline the on-boarding process and took time to learn about the house and ensured this was shared with buyers by doing the viewings himself (unlike the other 2 estate agents I met). Daniel listened to my feedback on the photos and he shared my attention to detail with the video and drone footage. Daniel found us a buyer without even going to market and proactively managed the buyers through a long and sometimes painful sale process, building a relationship with them as well as me. Daniel's communication was excellent, keeping me updated throughout and responding quickly to me.
