I currently rent a property through Northwood Oldham and all the girls in the office are always helpful when i call. Contractors sent on maintenance issues are always fast and reliable.

My house was on the market with 2 other agents and hadn't sold in almost a year. 4 weeks after Dave came out And got it on the market we'd had an offer. 2 months later, we've now moved. Can't recommend enough.

The staff have been helpful and accommodating from the beginning. I was glad to find in the rental agreement, no hidden nasty surprises as I found with other estate agency contracts, such as enforced use of particular electricity & gas, internet or phone providers, or hidden fees that increase the move-in cost and/or monthly charges. They are quick to respond when we have questions or problems and do everything within their power to solve them promptly. They are always friendly, courteous and supportive. Very happy with their service.

I've had ongoing issues with Northwood as a whole. However, Amy Hadfield at Oldham has been brilliant and chased and chased until they were resolved for me. She's been a great support and help.
