Well all i can say is what a wonderful experiance my call was passed to a lovely lady named Lyndsey, I told her what I was looking for and my budget she came up with properties suitable and ran through the lettings process. Great communication throughout the sale of my property. Lyndsey and Dave were completely sensitive to my circumstances and made the whole experience as easy as possible. When buying a house, you don't think so much about the estate agent, you wouldn't buy a house based on who it was for sale through, which is a shame as the staff at Northwood are utterly superb. I'd always been led to believe that estate agents were not the most trustworthy of people, I was very wrong. Throughout the difficult process of sorting a mortgage and buying a house, Lindsay has been ever so helpful and has put up with my incessant badgering about when I would get to move and what was happening with my purchase. I have been kept better informed by Northwood than I have from my own solicitor. Patience is something that they have in spades. I could not recommend a better estate agent for you to sell or buy a house. Brilliant people and excellent service. Choose Northwood!

Absolutely great team! Lindsay has always been really friendly and helpful! She goes above and beyond in her role to run everything smoothly and when I purchased my house I had some doubts and she really helped to smooth everything over and ease my tensions.

The service I received from Northwood was superb. I rented with them for 6 months and it was so easy and completely stress free.
