Very poor service. Very bad mannered staff. Avoid.

Poor customer service. Rang to arrange a viewing, worker took my details and advised I would be called back. However no contact was made, after 2 days I called back and was informed that an offer had just been accepted on the property and that's why I wasn't called. A courtesy call wouldn't have taken them long and in the process they could have suggested any other property I may be interested in!!!
