Terrible service they left us with no boiler for 4 months. Then after we left the tried to claim £490.00 from my deposit with ridiculous accusations. I disputed this as the claims were completely untrue. The independant resolution didnt award them a penny and justice was done it did take over 2 months but well worth it as i will now receive the £490 back. A couple of weeks before i was due to leave Remi asked if they could send someone round to do a valuation which i refused as they had not bothered to fix the boiler. He tried to bribe me with a £150 to do the valuation which i still declined. Avoid this letting agent as believe me you will regret it if not!!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

my experience with this agency it is very poor, I tried to reach a reasonable agreement to be released of my agreement and they wanted me to pay for readvertising the property 400£. They are thieves in disguise. I understand this is an abusive practise as they would have to advertise anyway after my fixed term.

Very poor service. Very bad mannered staff. Avoid.

Poor customer service. Rang to arrange a viewing, worker took my details and advised I would be called back. However no contact was made, after 2 days I called back and was informed that an offer had just been accepted on the property and that's why I wasn't called. A courtesy call wouldn't have taken them long and in the process they could have suggested any other property I may be interested in!!!
