Remi organised my viewing very quickly and Bel came to show me around. She was super nice. She answered all my questions, discussed how the referencing etc worked and came back to me quickly with a couple more queries I raised. Kitty who deals with maintenance queries is super efficient. They are all really nice team, with great communication and seem to have a good professional relationship with my landlord. Very happy to be with them 😊
