Both me and my partner got in touch with this agency to book a viewing on separate days. We got a call from the same lady who was really abrupt and rude. We wanted to arrange a viewing for a property and she told us she can only do a specific time, there was no flexibility or option for any other days or times other than the one slot she gave. So we've had to leave it. Not helpful at all, wouldn't bother again.
Don't bother contacting Newton Fallowell to see a house. They don't return your calls. Totally turning people away.
I was called to see if I was going to put an offer on a property, I explained I was interested and half way through me mentioning my offer I was cut off and told 'Nope, we have offers over ££££££' after being cut off mid sentence I lost interest.
NO STARS! Phoned quite a few weeks ago to request to view a property, to date have not heard back from anyone in sales. No doubt the property is sold now. Phoned again a couple of weeks ago, to request to view another property, and same. Is it so difficult for any of the staff to phone and say sorry and explain as to why the viewing was not arranged? Sheer incompetence & absolute joke of a company!
Viewed a house for sale through them, submitted an offer, assured by the agent that we will receive updates on the process and would be able to submit final offer if our offer is not accepted. A week later, haven’t heard anything from the agent, called them for an update and found out that the property is sold. Really poor service and I won’t even call them for a viewing ever again for any property as I now know that it would be a waste of time.
Awful service. Refusing to show rental property. Applied for two property without seeing them. Called up after 3 weeks and was told it wasn't to do with them now 6 weeks later both properties have been removed from rightmove but still not been contacted at all.
Disgusting service, showed an interest in viewing 3 properties and then had to call twice to check if my application was received. they took ages to get back to me which I found worrying as I was asked to provide personal details. About a month past still nothing, disgusting. When I did chase it up again they told me that I would only be called if my application was successful they don't even keep you informed or updated on anything to make you feel confident with them. the quickest response got from them was when I asked them to delete my details within 10-15 mins and received a sarcastic reply I wouldn't recommend them to anyone no customer service skills glad I quit before anything started, using poor excuses such as 'very high demand'NegativeQuality
Terrible service they left us with no boiler for 4 months. Then after we left the tried to claim £490.00 from my deposit with ridiculous accusations. I disputed this as the claims were completely untrue. The independant resolution didnt award them a penny and justice was done it did take over 2 months but well worth it as i will now receive the £490 back. A couple of weeks before i was due to leave Remi asked if they could send someone round to do a valuation which i refused as they had not bothered to fix the boiler. He tried to bribe me with a £150 to do the valuation which i still declined. Avoid this letting agent as believe me you will regret it if not!!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
