Unfortunately, due to the extremely high demand in rental properties at present, it is not physically possible for us to show all interested parties a property, as we are currently receiving in excess of 100 enquiries per day at present. I think it can be sometimes difficult for our customers to appreciate how extreme the demand is for property at present, and how inundated we are with enquiries and applications on a daily basis. We do explain our protocols & procedures, on our initial application process email which was sent to you via email. This information also states that we will only contact you if your application is successful. We are sincerely sorry but we cannot physically get back to every single applicant, as much as we would love to do so. We do apologise if your application was not successful on this occasion, but you are welcome to apply for any of other available properties and we shall certainly put you forward for the Landlord of the property to take you into consideration. We do understand if our current process, first adopted due to the current climate of covid-19 in order to minimize the need for substantial physical viewings, does not suit your needs.
