Very rude and unhelpful staff. Will not use again. Avoid

Unprofessional and rude staff. I had a viewing for which I was waiting for like 1hour and when I called and staff told It has been let since somebody has come paid for it.The lady talked in a irritating note and hung up.They need basic management trainings on how to deal with people.

Arranged a time for a viewing. Only to turn up at the property for them to not turn up and said I cancelled it. Unreliable. Expected me to rearrange and make another journey the following day.

Such as a real family operates, a lack of communication and understanding seems to be prevalent in this family run franchise. One can only presume their behaviour comes from that of farm animals considering the way they treat their customers. Accusing tenants of thieving keys, albeit keys that are of no use to us, accusations of lying, emails containing sensitive information of other tenants, being stuck in a property with no heating over winter months that is falling apart in front of us and generally having to deal with staff lacking basic English skills are all things you can look forward to if you chose to rent from these Neanderthals.

Really awful as rental agents...they will never stand up for you as a tenant..their sole concern is lining their pockets so if you end up with a bad landlord like we did the agents will do everything they can to keep them happy even if it means lying and cheating tenants out of money. Really avoid if possible, there are agents out there that will treat you better. These guys will rob you blind, even though in their own words you might be "model tenants"...total lack of scruples who front dodgy landlords! They also insist on 3 monthly inspections and generally look on their tenants as cockroaches. Be warned.

Avoid them if you don't want to loose a lot of money. Lack of professionalism. Lack of common sense. If you have any problem with the property you rent, you will never get any help to fix them. Lot of lies or don't even remember things like mixing appointments. You are waiting for them, but don't come. Then they want you to charge, because they came on a different time, but you were not at home. Not once, not twice.... etc.

The reviews speak for themselves. We have had the worst experience as tenants under Belvoir. They take months to sort out housing repairs, claim the correct person to speak to is never there when you call in (ironic - more to the point that they claim ONLY that one person can help in the office!) and just generally do not care about the tenants. After warning them on numerous occasions about lack of heating for 10 months, we had a huge breakout in mould and suffered bad chest infections. We was then simply told to “clean it up.” No ownership in their actions and not a single ounce of conscience. It also took them almost 3 months to put down a replacement carpet after the previous tenants ruined it that much, we could not use the living room.
