It's very rare for me to do a review - it's usually when I received bad service but in this case - it's praise for having an agent who simply gets on with the job and makes renting out my property so easy. Belvoir took over the management of my rental property several years ago after I received a poor service from another agent. They do their inspections, they ensure I get paid and they ensure the tennant and landlord are happy with all the arangements. I get absolutely no hassle from them or the tennant. They recently negotiated a rent increase for me without incident. Thank you I'm very happy with the service I receive and would recommend them to anyone.

No issues so far

This is very straightforward. We discuss our requirements, agree a service and price, Belvoir always do exactly what they say they will do in a professional and efficient manner. There have been instances where they could have levied a charge without us being aware the service in question was not required, this has never happened. You cannot buy that level of trust. We know we made the right decision.

Belvoir have managed my buy to let for nearly 10 years, they always act promptly and professionally. They've at times gone above and beyond what I would expect and are great to deal with too.

Been with Belvoir for 3 years at my property and both Nina and Katie have been amazing, although i wish the agency was a little quicker at getting repairs and things sorted it's always got done in the end. Never had any problems with this agency and I have found Katie Evritt to be especially helpful, she has gone out of her way to help me sort my tenancy out and dealt with any queries I have had in a timely manner. No complaints with these guys at all and hope they continue to thrive.
