Dreadful. Enter property without notice or permission. Landlord was nosy and popped by constantly. When we complained that they entered our property and set the alarm off whilst we were on holiday, the owner who is a bully, threatened to evict us. Boiler broke down and they tried to teach me how to use the thermostat until I insisted someone attends (and who had to repair it). The whole process was made very stressful, they were really unpleasant to deal with.

Horrible company. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They let themselves into our rented house without warning, and when we complained they threatened to evict us. The owner Clayton Foston has also just been found guilty of unlawful eviction and issued criminal behaviour order. Do not use!!!

1 Star is too much for these. If you're a tenant or a landlord run! Throughout our tenancy it was plagued with problems only made worse by Belvoir. Any issue with the property wasn't communicated to our landlord to fix it including a faulty boiler, yet proceeded to blame the holdup on the landlord who wasn't even aware. Inventory and 'professional' clean were done half an hour before we were supposed to move in, we were disgusted at the state of the fridge and the cigarette butts in the bed. (challenge me on it I still have the photos) This team has no respect for the landlords or the tenants who use their services. Moved out almost a year ago, only writing this review as the DPS scheme said that belvoir they confirmed we were still living in the property. I have rented many a property from being at uni and all I can say is the service of the other estate agents are 10 Stars compared to this branch.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Very rude staff not helpfull to tenants will keep your deposit if you let he owner Clayton foston tells lie after lie not an honest agent Will never use again. Just look at Belvoir reply more lies. I do not know what that lying estate agent is say Clayton foston just more lies worst agent I the East Midlands. Just read all the reviews it speaks for its self. The photo at the bottom is how they left the house they rented me after repairs. Ha ha ha read letter from a tenant below and now a criminal conviction. For eviction a tenant unlawfully This man Clayton foston. Should now be removed from trading. With the public. As he is a real criminal. There is one good thing. He reserved a fine of £10,000. Plus will have to pay compensation to the poor tenant. He put on the street.

Took our house off the market with these jokers, Lack of communication, lied to in order to get our house on the market with them, no one calls you back when they say they will the sales director went on holiday and somehow a house that was on hold for 2 weeks for us while we tried to sell ours was sold without his knowledge so he claims and we were only informed about this by another estate agent never called back with an explanation. Had to chase when requested to view a house and even after chasing still took 2 /3 days for them to get back to us! Do not use this company I will not use them for either selling or buying shocking service!!
